Originally from New York, Lee DeLieto, Sr. brings an extensive, storied background in commercial real estate spanning over 30 years—including having owned a brokerage and later joining Neal and Mannausa in 1991. After becoming a member of the Commercial Group at Michael Saunders & Company in 1994, Lee has repeatedly earned recognition as Top Commercial Real Estate Producer. With a focus on office and retail, both leasing and sales, Lee has garnered a number of awards for his service, including Commercial Realtor of the Year from the Sarasota Association of Realtors, Pinnacle Club of Michael Saunders & Company, and Top-Performing Agent for Michael Saunders & Company in 2005.
Lee is a member of The Greater Sarasota County Economic Development Council, The Sarasota chamber of commerce, member and past president of The Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the Sarasota Association of Realtors. He is a founder and board member of Insignia Bank and a board member and past chair of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Sarasota County. Lee can converse in Italian, and in his spare time enjoys sport fishing and reading.
Born in Glens Falls, NY, Lee DeLieto, Jr. relocated to Boca Raton, FL, in 1978 and Sarasota in 2005. A graduate of the University of Florida with a BA in Communication Studies, Lee worked in retail sales before earning his associate’s license in 2001 and broker’s license in 2003. As a real estate professional, Lee began his career with Arvida in Plantation, FL, who was later acquired by Coldwell Banker NRT. Since joining Michael Saunders & Company in 2005, Lee has helped DeLieto & Associates earn a number of awards and notes of recognition for top sales team production.
Lee Jr. is a current member and the past president of the Commercial Investment Division (CID) at the Sarasota Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Public Policy Committee at SAR, the Assignment Downtown Council within the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, the Real Estate Office (REO) Committee for both the Sarasota and Manatee County Economic Development Councils, and the Downtown Sarasota Class A Office Building Landlord Reps Committee. In his spare time, he enjoys motorcycling on his Harley-Davidson, and is a life member of the Harley Owner’s Group (HOG), where he was the former director for both the Ft.
